Identity

The fact of being who or what a person or thing is, this is the definition of identity according to the dictionary but in my opinion, identity simply tells you who you are and how you are different from others.  Identity plays a very important role in life especially in middle school.  In middle school, everyone starts to change and become more mature; their new found personality then have given their new identity.

In middle school, people will start to judge each other by their looks.  Looks have become a really important part in life, it determines all about impressions and whether or not people want to befriend you.  Speaking frankly, yes, looks are important but I don’t think it should determine who or who not to befriend.  You cannot judge a person’s identity by looking at their looks; looks are just the outer appearance, the important thing is inside, who you actually are.  Don’t judge a book by its cover.

  1. Hey this is Deejai, I would like to say that your blog header shows a very nice use of originality. You used your own pictures, and the colors are vivid and matching. On the other hand, I didn't quite get what color you chose as your header.

For your blog entry on identity, you did a great job expressing your feelings and opinions. I agree with you that Identity plays a very important role in life especially in middle school and that the important thing is inside, who you actually are. Overall this was a great post on identity.
